ICEPPシンポジウムは、欧米でよく行なわれているウィンター／サマースクール形式のシンポジウムです。最近ますます密接に結びつき、既に境界もないと言える素粒子・原子核・宇宙物理を対象としています。加速器・測定器技術なども包含した実験と理論も最新の題材を、招待講師をはじめとする様々な分野の先生と最前線で研究している大学院生・若手研究者が一堂に会して徹底的に議論できるチャンスです。
若手研究者の皆様の積極的なご参加をお待ちしています。

ICEPP symposium is a renowned physics-skiing hybrid conference inspired the concept of the summer/winter schools common in western HEP community, targeting the increasingly more entangled fields of particle, nuclear, and astro physics. The symposium aims to serve as an opportunity to bring the students, scientists from various career stages, frontier-leading experts altogether at one place to interact, and discuss the latest development and technology in the theories and experiments. Early-career scientists are particularly encouraged for the participation.

Notes

  • 大学院生・若手研究者の方は、レジストレーションの際に「実験名」「現在の研究内容」「講演タイトル」「アブストラクト」を必ず入力ください（大学院生・若手研究者は発表を伴う参加のみ認めております）。
  • 参加者に対しては、旅費が素粒子センターから東京大学規程に基づいて支給されます。但し、科研費や委託費で雇用されている方には支給できません。
  • 旅費は原則としてシンポジウム終了後に支給しますが、学生の参加者で事情により事前振込を希望される場合は、レジストレーションの際にその旨を記入してください。
  • 本学より旅費等を初めて支給される方や、以前の登録後に銀行の振込先情報・住所・メールアドレスが変更になった方については「取引先データ」の新規登録・修正が必要となります。該当する場合は、シンポジウム事務担当より個別に連絡いたします。
  • 1月以降のキャンセル及び日程変更は困難となりますので、十分に日程調整のうえお申込みくださいますようお願いします。
  • Grad. students and early-career scientists are kindly asked to give a presentation for the participation. Please fill out the form of “Projects/Experiments”, “Recent studies”, “Talk title/abstract” in the registration page.
  • The travel fare is fully reimbursed by ICEPP following the UTokyo Regulations, except for the staff members employed based on the funding from JSPS KAKENHI or the consignment budget.
  • The reimbursement will be in principle in action after the symposium. If you need the reimbursement before the symposium, please note it in the comment form in the registration.
  • A separate registration process (including the bank account information) is needed for the reimbursement for those who have not done yet or have unupdated information in the database since the registration. The detail will be announced later to those who are applicable.
  • Cancellation or the itinerary change after the beginning of January will be difficult. Please be advised to consolidate the schedule before the application.
