Registration

Please proceed two steps registration:

1. Indico registration through https://indico.cern.ch/event/732102/registrations/43141/
2. Local registration and payment through https://va.apollon.nta.co.jp/hc2018-er/

Payment is accepted via credit card (visa, master, diners). In addition, bank transfer with extra charge is available if necessary. Please fill in your request through Indico registration or send an e-mail .

Registration fees

• Early registration (by 30th September 2018) : 30000 yen The deadline for early registration has passed.
• Late registration (by 25th November 2018) : 32000 yen
• For Accompany person (welcome reception, excursion and workshop dinner) : 11000 yen
