ICEPPメンバーは"gamma gamma", "WW", "tautau->lh"のATLAS解析グループで主導的に研究を行っています。
最近、"tautau->ll", "ZZ->4leptons", "bb"にも参戦。


まとめ
  • 両実験で125-127付近に5sigmaレベルのExcess!!! => Observation of the Higgs-like particle at 126GeV
  • 棄却領域=100-122.6, 127-600GeV (単純なORです)
ATLASの総合した結果(Combined result)(2012年7月)
  • Observation of the excess of Higgs-like particle : 5.0sigma@126.5GeV (no LEE)
  • 棄却領域=110-122.6GeV, 129.7-558GeV
CMSの総合した結果(Combined result)(2012年7月)
  • Observation of the excess of Higgs-like particle : 4.9sigma@125GeV (no LEE)
  • 棄却領域=110-122.5GeV, 127-600GeV
テバトロンの総合した結果(Combined result)
  • 棄却領域=100-106GeV, 147-179GeV
  • 少し期待できる場所=130GeV付近(resolutionなし)(local=2.7sigma/global=2.2sigma)

  • 探索領域=110-150GeV、使ったデータ量=4.8fb-1@7TeV, 5.9fb-1@8TeV

  • 棄却領域=112-122.5GeV, 132-143GeV
ATLAS H->ZZ(*)->4leptons(2012年7月)
  • 探索領域=110-600GeV、使ったデータ量=4.8fb-1@7TeV, 5.8fb-1@8TeV
  • Evidence of the Higgs boson : 3.4sigma@125 (no LEE)
  • 棄却領域=131-162GeV, 170-460GeV
ATLAS H->WW(*)->lnulnu
  • 棄却領域=130-260GeV
  • 2011年夏は...
