The proceedings is now available online from here (EPJ Web of Conferences, Vol. 49(2013)).
Instruction
The proceedings of HCP_2012 will be published via European Physical Journal (EPJ) Web of Conferences. The latex (or word) templates must be used to create PDF file. They are available at EPJ Web of Conferences page. Please also check “PDF guidelines” linked to the same page. For latex template, download “web-conf.tar.gz“ , then please replace “template.tex“ with “template_hcp.tex“ (style : two columns, conference title, ... etc. are preset)
The page limits of the manuscripts are:
- Plenary : 6 pages
- Parallel : 5 pages
- Poster : 3 pages
Proceedings are to be uploaded to Indico ( http://kds.kek.jp/categoryDisplay.py?categId=835 ). The modification key has been already notified to individuals by an E-mail. If you have technical problems, please send PDF file to hcp2012-proceedings_at_cern.ch.
The deadline is set on 31st Jan. 2013.
Once you have uploaded it on Indico, we will consider it as the final version and send it to EPJ. Please provide ‘print-ready’ PDF file.
